9Barista Overheat Repair Kit Mk.2

The 9Barista Mk.2 Overheat Repair Kit is designed for situations where your espresso machine has been left on the heat for too long and has become overheated. When this happens, several internal components may need to be replaced to restore your machine to full working condition.

This kit contains a complete set of genuine 9Barista Mk.2 replacement parts needed to get your machine up and running again. It includes:

• 1 x Safety valve (pre-assembled with safety ring)
• 1 x Group insulator
• 1 x Valve chamber seal
• 1 x Valve pin and seal
• 1 x Mk.2 boiler O-ring
• 1 x Upper chamber O-ring
• 1 x Valve body seal
• 1 x Main valve spring

Note: The grouphead O-ring is not included.

You will also need a 3mm Allen/hex, and a 13mm spanner/wrench to open the machine up and replace the components. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.

It is worth checking, prior to purchasing, that your heat transfer plate is not damaged or warped in any way as this can also impact the performance of the machine.
